Description
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Pakistani Cook to join a professional kitchen team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a foreign-based role requiring expertise in authentic Pakistani culinary techniques and a commitment to long-term employment in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Authentic Cooking: Prepare and cook traditional Pakistani dishes (Biryani, Karahi, Salan, etc.) to high standards.
- Operations: Manage the kitchen workflow during a 12-hour daily shift in a fast-paced environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure every meal served meets consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
- Food Safety: Strictly follow UAE food hygiene and safety regulations to maintain a clean workspace.
- Stock Management: Assist in kitchen inventory and minimize food waste.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in authentic Pakistani cuisine is mandatory.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of long shifts (12 hours).
- Must be available for a 2-year contract in Dubai.
- High level of discipline and punctuality.
